Wardner Maia

Electronic and Telecommunications Engineer, Maia has been working since 1995 with Telecommunications applied to Information Technology. He was one of the founders of MD Brasil IT and Telecom, and Internet Service Provider in São Paulo State. He was responsible for the deployment of the first long distance Wireless links of the company in the early 1999. In 2002 launched the first Radio Frequency Training program target to ISP's using wireless technologies and in 2007 became Mikrotik Official Trainer (TR0021). 

Nowadays is the CTO of MD Brasil and is very active in trainings and consulting services worldwide. He also is part of the team of instructors of the company FreeBSD Brasil (www.freebsdbrasil.com.br).

Maia is also member of the board of directors of LACNIC, organization responsible for allocating and administrating IP Addresses and other related resources (Autonomous System Numbers and Reverse Resolution) for the region of Latin America and the Caribbean. LACNIC is one of the five Regional Internet Registries that exist worldwide. http://www.lacnic.net.

Sérgio Souza

Formed in data processing, Sérgio is the founder and CTO of Via Livre solution provider in Uberlândia – Minas Gerais state. Since 1992 working in the IT sector as consultant. He has active participation in several Forums and discussion lists targeted to Open Source systems and free software. Has great knowledge and experience in GNU/Linux and applications on this platform, like servers for e-mail, web applications, LDAP, IDS, Firewall, Virtualization, etc. Has also solid experience with other systems like Cisco, Avaya, Motorola and UBNT.

Since 2007 is member of the MD Brasil team of instructors in Mikrotik trainings, thus having a large experience on training events and courses.

Edson Xavier Veloso Jr.

Edson is an experienced professional that worked for several IT companies in Brazil and nowadays is the CTO of Klisa Communications, a Brazilian company that provide transit services to small and medium ISP's mainly in the state or Minas Gerais. 

His main skills are related to firewall, QoS and routing using Mikrotik and other systems like Cisco, Juniper and Open BGP.

Since 2007, Edson is part of MD Brasil team of instructors participating in almost one hundred trainings as one of the instructors. In 2009 became the second official trainer of MD Brasil team attending to a training in Phoenix / USA

Wesley do Nascimento Zanella

Wesley is the youngest member of MD Brasil instructors team. He is mid-level Electronic technician and is still in University studying electronic engineering with emphasis in Telecommunications. For this reason he only is able to travel to the trainings in some special dates and situations.

Although, he acts on the background of the team, being responsible for setup the remote LAB's used in on line trainings and to simulate some scenarios used for the BGP and OSPF trainings that require a special support.

Besides that he is support chief on MD Brasil Network being responsible for servers, and the IT infrastructure in general.
